ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

    • CuraScript, a wholly owned subsidiary of Express Scripts, is a leading national provider of specialty pharmacy services. CuraScript offers a broad range of healthcare products and services for individuals with chronic health conditions, such as growth hormone deficiencies, hepatitis C, hemophilia, HIV/AIDS, oncology, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis. CuraScript provides comprehensive patient management services including clinical case management programs, counseling, education, outcomes measurement, social services, and reimbursement services. CuraScript Wholesale Services provides customized supply chain solutions for the biotech industry.RESPONSIBILITIES 
    • Answer the inbound queue for Physician Services. Call out the Physicians for new prescriptions, clarifications, and dosage changes. Handle escalated e-mails from our internal customers. Assure all prescriptions (verbal) are attached to the correct patient¿s account and assign prescriptions to a patient¿s account based on demographic information. Work with VIP accounts and special handling of specific prescriptions. Flexibility in job function is necessary as daily assignments vary based on business need.
    • Answering the phone on the inbound queue and making outbound calls

    • Additional duties as assigned
    • Responsible for good housekeeping techniques, adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS 
    • Florida Pharmacy Tech License REQUIRED
    • High School diploma or equivalent experience 
    • 0-1 years relevant experience; Clerical experience preferred 
    • Basic math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email required. Strong verbal and written communication skills desired 
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality; Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision; Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment; Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times; A willingness and ability to learn internal systems/processes/programs as neededEEO STATEMENT
