Jay is the driving force behind AWPRx’s strategic direction, development, and overall vision. As the CEO and chief architect of AWPRx’s innovative proprietary services, he has crafted a unique niche in the pharmacy benefits management marketplace. Jay brings more than 20 years of experience to AWPRx, having worked extensively within the durable medical equipment, home health & infusion therapy, and pharmacy benefits management industries. Jay is known for his forward thinking in terms of service delivery and utilizes technology to support service and provide reporting to clients so they may manage with facts.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Ian is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience designing and implementing applications on the Force.com platform. Beginning his career in software consulting, he has worked with companies of all sizes spanning many different verticals. Ian holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
VP OF COMPLIANCE
Chris is the Vice President of Compliance with responsibility for the development and maintenance of AWPRx's community web portal and external data integrations. After earning his B.S. degree in Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University, Chris spent the beginning of his career as Software Engineer working for Hyperion Solutions and later Oracle before joining the AWPRx team.
Rob is responsible for developing new business at AWPRx. Additionally, he maintains relationships with industry executives and leaders critical to the organization’s growth. Rob brings more than 10 years of pharmacy benefit management experience to theAWPRx team, with prior roles in business development, predictive analytics, reporting, and account management. Rob provides invaluable leadership and strategic direction to the AWPRx pharmacy benefit management program and the clients we serve.
VP CUSTOMER SERVICE
A veteran of the PBM industry, Sue has been serving the needs of AWPRx's clients for over 10 years. Her unique experience running call centers and customer service teams help AWPRx deliver industry leading customer service around the clock. With a client first approach and an eye for automation, Sue has helped implement a platform where customer service is accessible on any device, any time of the day.
Jeannette has been with AWPRx over 10 years, having started in the call center. With experience in all aspects of AWPRx's services, Jeannette oversees the day-to-day planning and coordination of daily activities, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of AWPRx clients.
